Another scene from 'Be Strong, Geum Soon'

There is another scene that I find funny. Geum Soon and Jae Hee don't know each other very well yet, but run into each other at the hospital a few times. She noticed that when his subordinates enter the elevator and greet him, he does nothing. This is what she does. Check his reaction after she leaves the elevator.
